ALL SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA IS FREE
For customers outside Australia shipping fees will be calculated upon checkout.
Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the order, although we endeavor to ship most within 3 to 4 days. Please allow up to 2 weeks for you delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Buyer assumes any and all duties taxes and customs costs for orders shipping outside Australia. We will contact you should additional charges need to be made. Elizabeth Jean Creations Pty Ltd is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. All domestic shipments are sent with a delivery confirmation and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of lost items.

Please select carefully and thoroughly read all product descriptions, sizing and details before placing your order with elizabethJEAN. elizabethJEAN offers a store credit or exchange within 7 days of you receiving your order. For processing your exchange or return please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order.
You are responsible for return shipping charges. The returned item must be in its original packaging, and is subject to inspection to verify that it is new and unused.
PLEASE NOTE ALL SALE & PROMOTIONAL PURCHASES ARE FINAL
Sale or Promotional purchases will not be refunded or exchanged unless the item may have been damaged during shipment of delivery. Please refer to 'Faulty Items' if the item appears to be damaged on arrival.
REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE, STORE CREDIT OR REFUND
- Please contact email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order; be sure to state your order number (or proof of purchase) and reason for returning.
- When notified by Elizabeth Jean Creations Pty. Ltd. you must arrange return shipping within 7 days of notification at your own expense. All return orders must be return in their original packaging.Before processing an exchange, store credit or refund, elizabethJEAN will inspect the returned order to verify that it has not be worn and is in its original state.
Please note you are responsible for the return cost of shipping and arranging any insurance on the product. We require you to post the return order via registered mail along with a tracking number.

Once the return order has been received by Elizabeth Jean Creations Pty. Ltd. and met all requirements we will offer an exchange, store credit or full refund less the shipping expense.
Refunds in the case of a faulty item, will be credited to the original form of payment, that being the purchaser’s credit card or Paypal account. Refunds will be credited within 48 hours once the return order has been inspected and approved by Elizabeth Jean Creations Pty. Ltd.. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card or in your Paypal account.
If receiving a store credit the total cost of the returned order less the shipping expense will be loaded onto an elizabethJEAN gift card and posted to you within 48 hours. Please note: elizabethJEAN Store Credits are only redeemable online at www.elizabethjean.com.au and are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
In case of an exchange please email email@example.com your preferred exchange choice with your name, contact details, order number and details of the preferred replacement choice (Item name, color & size). If the item you desire is ‘out of stock’ an online store credit or refund will be issued. Please note: if an exchange item is a greater value than the returned order the outstanding fee must be paid and processed before the item is shipped. In the case of the exchange item being a smaller value than the returned order you will be issued with an online store credit or refund. Please refer to Store Credit or Refund
Items are defined as faulty if a manufacturing fault occurs within the first 30 days from purchasing.
In the case of a faulty item please contact; firstname.lastname@example.org with proof of purchase to enable Elizabeth Jean Creations Pty. Ltd. to repair or replace the item. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced you will be issued with a full refund.
